Grace Talen

Grace is an Operations Manager specializing in platform maintenance and improving internal processes. She has been with the firm since 2018 and has assisted in many departments of the company including Operations, Onboarding, and the Support Team. She is responsible for the overall management of Orion and Tamarac within the firm umbrella, platform research, product launches, and making platform improvements on our systems. She endeavors to optimize company procedures and strategize to make operations as smooth as possible with NWAM.
