Dessy joined the firm in 2015 and has about 10 years of experience in the finance industry. As COO, Dessy works with the firm’s departments to help them implement streamlined processes and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

She is committed to staying on top of industry trends and leverages technology to steer the firm towards operational efficiency. Dessy is also registered as an Investment Advisor Representative and works with her team and advisors on shaping the resources provided to fit their practice needs.
