Daniele Gonzalez

Daniele joined Northwest Asset Management in early 2017. She is responsible for all functions of the Human Resources department including payroll and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and strategic planning. She is also responsible for several finance-related functions. Daniele believes in fostering a workplace environment where every individual can thrive and contribute their best work.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniele worked for the Department of Defense with the U.S. Navy in Southern Spain. During her time there, she found a passion for traveling and traveled to various destinations throughout Europe. In her free time, Daniele enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading, and traveling to new destinations.
